Jose Baez, the lawyer who headed Casey Anthony’s murder case has asked to step down as Anthony’s attorney.  

Sources are saying that actress Jessica Biel who is engaged to Justin Timberlake (though the two haven’t confirmed it, his Grandma HAS!) wants a fidelity clause in their pre-nup.  So that if JT isn’t faithful she will be majorly compensated.

Apparently not satisfied with free training and a chance at winning a ton of money the remaining contestants of the Biggest Loser have literally walked off the show. When they got wind that producers might bring back old contestants to battle for the final $250,000 prize the weight loss competitors went on strike and production for the show has halted.  Glad they’re so focused on their health and not the money…

Singer Shakira is recovering from an attacked by a sea lion in South Africa.  Apparently one ran at her in an attempt to attack and her brother pulled her out of the way. They both were scraped up a little trying to get away on the sharp rocks. She thinks the sea lion might have confused her blackberry for food– or it was just an iPhone fan?

Singer and ex-husband of Whitney Houston Bobby Brown plans to attend her funeral on Saturday though Whitney’s family isn’t his biggest fan.  He also said the couple’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina who had been having a hard time after the loss of her mother is doing better.

Taylor Swift would like you to know that she doesn’t plan to have to prove her womanhood by writing dark songs and dancing around in her bra like some other singers her age the 22 year old said in an interview. Didn’t we hear the same thing from Britney, Christina, and Miley?

Whitney Houston’s body has been moved to New Jersey where her funeral will be held this Saturday according to reports.  The funeral will be invitation only.

Adele is ruining lives everywhere right after going home with 6 Grammys on Sunday night.  She told Vogue Magazine she will be going MIA for the next 4 or 5 years to focus on her relationship.  Her reasoning is that work always causes her love life to fail so she’s determined to make it work this time and then she can write a happy record.

Lindsay Lohan forgets to pay her taxes AGAIN! The same thing happened in 2009 and Linds blamed her accountants but STILL has yet to pay that bill.   Who will she blame this time? Her NEW accountants?
