Two big DUI’s and one counter-claim that might surprise you.

 

Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps was popped for a DUI this morning in Baltimore with a BAL of almost twice the legal limit.  This is the gold medalist’s second DUI- his first was when he was 19.  No word from Michael or his people yet.

Amanda Bynes was arrested again for driving under the influence- TMZ is reporting their source says it was Adderall which she is prescribed but it clearly impaired her driving and she was taken to jail where she posted $15,000 for bail. Friends claim her parents conservatorship over her ended and she might be back into drugs and trouble again. Get better, Amanda!

Walmart is now claiming the injuries comedian Tracy Morgan & fellow passengers suffered in a limo bus crash involving one of their trucks is partly because they weren’t wearing seat belts.  Morgan is suing Walmart who originally claimed they would take full responsibility for the crash if it was proven to be their driver’s fault…awkward.
